Digital delivery only
We do not ship any physical goods. Both paid offerings on this Site — the verified typing certificate and the TypingTestExam Pro membership — are delivered electronically, directly inside your account, immediately after your payment is confirmed by our payment gateway.
Verified certificate delivery
- After you complete a qualifying test and pay the ₹99 certificate fee, your personalised certificate (with your name, result and a certificate ID/QR code) is normally generated immediately after server-verified payment on the confirmation screen.
- You can download it immediately in PDF and PNG format from that screen, and it also remains available for re-download anytime from your account dashboard.
- No certificate is posted or couriered — it exists only as a digital file you download yourself.
TypingTestExam Pro activation
- Once your subscription payment succeeds, your account is normally upgraded to the selected Pro level immediately after server-verified payment — there is no waiting period.
- Ad-free browsing, additional practice content, video lessons and leaderboard/rank features become available in your dashboard as soon as the upgrade is applied, generally within a few seconds of payment confirmation.
If something isn't delivered
If your payment was successful but your certificate did not generate, or your account was not upgraded to Pro within 30 minutes, please:
- Check your account dashboard first — the upgrade or certificate may already be there even if the confirmation screen didn't load fully.
- If it's still missing, contact us via Contact Us or WhatsApp at +91 97177 82301 with your transaction ID — we will verify the payment and either deliver the certificate/Pro access manually or process a refund per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
International access
Because delivery is digital, TypingTestExam.com and its paid features can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection. Pricing is listed in Indian Rupees (₹); if you pay from outside India, your bank or card network may apply its own currency-conversion charges, which are outside our control.
