TypingTestExamThese Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TypingTestExam.com (the "Site"), including all typing practice tools, exam-wise typing tests, the verified typing certificate, and the TypingTestExam Pro membership (together, the "Services"). The Site is owned and operated by Nishant eAcademy (MSME / Udyam Reg. No. UDYAM-WB-23-0044602), referred to as "we", "us" or "our". By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, taking a typing test, purchasing a verified certificate, or subscribing to TypingTestExam Pro, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy, all of which are incorporated here by reference.
Who can use this site
The Site is intended for individuals preparing for typing and skill tests, including students and working professionals. If you are under 18, you should use the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for providing accurate information when registering an account and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Description of our services
We provide (a) free, unlimited typing practice in English, Hindi, Punjabi and Marathi with a customisable timer; (b) exam-specific typing test presets modelled on the publicly known rules of various recruitment exams; (c) a paid, verified typing-speed certificate for eligible results; and (d) an optional paid membership, TypingTestExam Pro, offering an ad-free experience, additional practice material, video lessons and a leaderboard/ranking feature. Exact features of each are described on the relevant pages of the Site and may be updated from time to time as described in Section 14.
Free practice vs paid services
Core typing practice, live results and mistake review are free and do not require payment. Two services are chargeable and require successful payment before they are unlocked:
- Verified typing certificate — a one-time fee of ₹99 per issued certificate, available only after you complete a qualifying registered test (currently: a full, uninterrupted 10-minute test with at least 20 net WPM). Full eligibility rules are on the certificate page.
- TypingTestExam Pro — a monthly membership available at three levels, currently priced at ₹99, ₹199 and ₹499 per month. Plan inclusions, and whether a plan renews automatically or requires manual renewal, are shown on the Pro subscription page and confirmed again at checkout before you pay.
Fees, billing & payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway; we do not store your full card, UPI or net-banking credentials on our servers (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for any charges resulting from use of your account, whether authorised by you or not, except where a charge results from our error or a proven security breach on our end. If a subscription is set to auto-renew, this will be clearly disclosed before you confirm payment, and you may cancel future renewals at any time as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Certificate accuracy & disclaimer
Important: TypingTestExam.com is an independent practice platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to SSC, RRB, any High Court, the Supreme Court of India, or any other recruitment or examination body. The verified certificate reflects your performance on our platform under our stated test conditions — it is not an official government document and does not guarantee eligibility, selection or qualification in any actual recruitment exam. Always confirm current speed and eligibility requirements against the official notification for your target exam.
Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to: (a) attempt to bypass, tamper with, or falsify test timing, results or certificate data; (b) use bots, scripts or automation to complete a test or generate a certificate; (c) share, resell or misrepresent your account, subscription or certificate; (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users' accounts or non-public areas of the Site; or (e) use the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, and any certificate or subscription obtained through such conduct may be invalidated without refund.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including passages, exam-rule summaries, guides, software, design, logos and the "TypingTestExam" name and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial practice and preparation only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except for a certificate lawfully issued to you, which you may print, save and share as proof of your own result.
Third-party links & services
The Site links to third-party services, including WhatsApp, the Google Play Store, and the Nishant eAcademy websites (nishanteacademy.com / nishanteacademy.in) for coaching courses. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of these third-party sites, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to keep exam rules, speed requirements and certificate calculations accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that exam-specific information will always exactly match the latest official notification, which can change between recruitment cycles.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nishant eAcademy and TypingTestExam.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Services — including, without limitation, exam outcomes, missed deadlines, or data loss — except where such liability cannot be excluded under Indian law. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection provisions, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, subject to applicable consumer-protection law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, pricing, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change accordingly, and continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes affecting paid subscribers, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
