Official Stage III
Candidates type an approximately 500-word printed English passage on a computer for 20 minutes. Text beyond the prescribed passage is ignored.
Two independent conditions
Candidates must obtain at least 25 out of 50 marks and also achieve at least 25 net WPM. Both requirements apply independently.
Mistake rule
Omitted words, spelling mistakes and inserted letters, words, characters or symbols count as mistakes. Each mistake deducts 0.1 mark; the notice does not use a full/half split.
Accuracy safeguard
Recruitment bodies may publish a later schedule, admit-card instruction or software notice. When it differs from this page, the later official document controls.
